Project Manager / Estimator for Interior Dust and Debris Containment
–Western PA/OHIO

Looking for a career in construction estimating and project management, then TuffWrap Installations of Harleysville PA wants to talk with you. We are seeking a multi-state Project Manager / Estimator living in the Western PA/ Ohio area. We offer excellent wages starting between $60,000 and $65,000, generous benefits including vehicle and gas, and travel expenses as per our company handbook. We offer more than a job…. we offer a challenging career in a company that values its employees. The selected individual will need to have a basic construction understanding and will be trained on our process and estimating protocol. The job requires frequent travel and overnight stays to visit our customers and ongoing projects.

Requirements:

Excellent Customer skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude.
Ability to understand basic blueprints and specs.
Have strong math skills and analytical mindset and thought process.
Quality written and oral communication skills (Phone / Email / Text) along with professional presentation skills.
Ability to give instructions and clearly explain problems or situations.
Must be team orientated.
Have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proficient Computer Skills (‘Basic’ Microsoft Office / Various Apps).
Have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Pass a Pre-Employment Background Check.
Ability to Learn and understand OSHA 30.
Have the ability to work with minimal supervision.

DUTIES: (including but not limited to)

Estimate and generate proposals in coordination with the Regional Sales Manager.
Price individual projects so the company can achieve its sales goals.
Attend Pre-Bid and Pre-Construction Meetings as needed.
Interact and communicate with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Regional Sales Manager, and Operations Department.
Handoff projects to the installation crew.
Maintain communication by phone and in person with project contacts during install and removal.
Running interference and problem solving during installation as needed.
