Project Coordinator

Tuff Wrap Installations is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of installation projects. This role serves as a key link between clients, field crews, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Coordinate all phases of installation projects from initial scheduling to final completion

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships

  • Collaborate with the Operations team to coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to meet project timelines to ensure seamless project execution

  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in temporary containment, construction, or industrial services
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction, or a related field
  • Familiarity with scheduling and logistics coordination
  • Knowledge of job site safety standards (OSHA awareness is a plus)

Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician. Maintenance is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization’s facilities and equipment. This job involves performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and repairing mechanical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Perform preventative maintenance, light repairs, regular inspections along with PA safety and emission inspections on company-owned vehicles.

2. Operating various machines to manufacture parts such as using an automatic band saw, punch hole press, stud welder, mig welder, pedestal and angle grinders, and belt sander.

3. General warehouse duties such as job order packing, maintaining cleanliness and order of inventory and additional duties as needed.

4. Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and environmental regulations along with monitoring and controlling maintenance inventory and order parts and supplies as needed.

5. Responding promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician

  • Proficiency with power tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with co-workers and supervisors.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift up to 50 lb objects.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent; technical diploma or certification is a plus.

  • Vocational training or apprenticeship in a relevant field preferred.

  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.

  • A valid driver’s license is required. Must be able to pass a vehicle insurance check.

  • Must pass a drug test, including marijuana.

  • Must pass a standard physical ability test.

  • An inspection license is required; however, if you don’t have one, you should be willing to obtain it promptly. Financial assistance is available.

Project Manager / Estimator – Richmond, VA

The selected individual will need to have a basic construction understanding and will be trained on our process and estimating protocol. The job requires frequent travel (3-4 days a week, away from home) and overnight stays to visit our customers and ongoing projects.
