When a tire manufacturer decided to expand its production facility, the work required demolishing one of the existing walls. Taking down that wall would produce dust and debris right next to production lines that had to stay operational.
The facility manager needed a way to protect the adjacent lines from contamination for as long as the wall was coming down.

600 linear feet of EXT Walls were installed to create a protected space around the production lines, sealing them off from the demolition and keeping the work contained while the existing wall came down.
Strapping was used on the walls for added strength, giving the barrier the stability needed to stay in place throughout the project.

Once the EXT Walls were in place, the manufacturer had what it needed: a wall coming down on one side and production lines running on the other. TuffWrap EXT kept the facility contamination-free during the expansion, and the barrier held up to daily vehicle traffic until construction was complete.
