TuffWrap Dust Containment Wall

In today’s fast-paced world, time is of the essence, especially for industry giants like Amazon. From two-day shipping to same-day delivery, every minute counts in their quest for efficiency. When constructing new distribution centers, even a matter of days can make a substantial difference in operations. That’s where TuffWrap steps in as a time-saving ally.

Concrete Dust Containment Needed

The site contractor needed to dig up the concrete floor so they could pour footers for the conveyer belt system. But the amount of dust generated during floor cutting would make for a very messy facility of which would take too much time to clean up. They needed a concrete dust containment wall which is just the thing that TuffWrap provides!

The Longest Frameless Wall Completed

TuffWrap installed what turned out to be the longest Frameless Wall we have ever completed! With a total length of 1800 linear feet the wall looks absolutely massive in person. The Frameless Wall is a barrier that does not use typical framing or drywall. This greatly reduces their cost and installation time while creating a drum tight surface. The Frameless Wall is built floor to ceiling and is pulled tight to create a surface that ripples when tapped with your hand. With the massive height, as seen in the photos on this page, rest assured that scale will never be an issue for TuffWrap.

Installing Frameless Walls is a cost-effective way to separate construction and production spaces. The walls are constructed quickly so you don’t need to wait to start your project!

Pocket Doors Promote Movement

Frameless Walls excel at creating a barrier between spaces but may limit movement. That’s why we install Pocket Doors! TuffWrap’s pocket doors are designed to be installed flush with the Wall and strong enough to stand up to the rigors of daily use. The bespoke shape and size of each door allow them to be a flexible alternative to man doors.

The walls can be any height or length while staying strong against construction events. Pocket doors provide flexibility in entrances while still keeping dust and debris contained. Fill out our contact page to request a quote for an installation!
