Project Coordinator

Example

TuffWrap Installations is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of installation projects. This role serves as a key link between clients, field crews, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all phases of installation projects from initial scheduling to final completion
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to coordinate crews, equipment, and materials to meet project timelines to ensure seamless project execution
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with scheduling and logistics coordination
  • Knowledge of job site safety standards (OSHA awareness is a plus)
